Don’t usually write reviews but going to take the time to point out a few things that lead me to find a new physical therapist today. I have worked with Danika at this physical therapy spot for almost a year. She worked on my knee. I had back surgery recently and wanted to continue with Danika. Waited months for an apt. Finally show up today mind you I was 15 minutes late. The woman at the front desk basically turned me away, when I pleaded I needed the apt she’s like here fill out this first time patient form. I was like I’ve been going here for a year why do I need to fill this out? I was then told Danika wouldn’t be able to help me today but I can fill out the form. I said thanks but no thanks. Made me feel completely forgot about and now I have to wait even longer to have my back worked on. I would rather do that then work with these guys again. Very disrespectful rude. It was like it was my first time. Very upset and this is the problem with healthcare today. Hopefully this review gets to the right person and they take the time to help instead of trying to turn away

I had a procedure on Dec 22, 2023. The waiting room was warm and comfortable. The office staff was welcoming as soon as I entered the waiting room. I pre-registered so I had to just verify my information and sign documents. I waited approximately 20 minutes then the nurse called me. She prepared me for my surgery (ekg, vitals, IV). After 15 minutes the OR nurse, my doctor, and anesthesiologist was at my bedside. I had a successful procedure. I was there about 3 hours. My entire visit was great. I would go again if I had another procedure

My five year old daughter had surgery here to remove her tonsils. It was our first time coming to this place and I have to say that we had the best experience ever! The front desk was very professional. All the staff and nurses were very kind and welcoming. They treated my daughter so well. I will never forget nurse Bridget, aside from being super sweet and patient, she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and cared for her as if she was family. Bridget is so sweet and was very patient. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed at all times during the surgery. I felt comfortable knowing that my daughter was in good hands. This place was way better than a hospital. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
